Baikui Town, belonging to Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Hulan District, bordering on piaohe River in the East and longmiao town of Bayan County, stone town in the south, Lianhua town in the west, Hongguang town and Xinglong town of Bayan County in the north. In 2018, the area was 132 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 29458.
In Qing Dynasty, it belongs to the Second District of Hedong in Hulan Prefecture, and in the Republic of China, it belongs to Kangjing township. In 1947, Baikui district was established and later renamed the fourth district. In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In January 1985, the township was transformed into a town. In October 2019, Baikui town governs 12 administrative villages.
In 2018, Baikui town had 24 industrial enterprises and 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
