History of construction
In December 2002, the eight villages of yangguantun, wanjiatun, libayan, wangjiawanzi, donggangzi, liufutun, shimiaozi and Yangzhu under the former Wangjia town and the five villages of shuijiatun, niuxiangtun, luoguantun, Guchengzi and maizitun under the former Guchengzi town were merged into Donghu street.
In 2019, Yongsheng Street will be abolished, and Xingnong, Lixiang and livestock farm will be included in Donghu street.
