Nanma street, belonging to Daowai District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Daowai District. It is adjacent to Donglai street and Binjiang street in the East, Nangang District in the south, Daoli District in the West and Shengli Street in the north. The area is 1.32 square kilometers (2012).

In 1953, the sub district office was established and named after Nanma Road.

Changqing Park
Changqing park is located in Nanma Street area, north of Daowai stadium, covering an area of 18000 square meters. The main scene of the park is the memorial tower of the Northeast Anti Japanese and patriotic self defense war martyrs, which was completed on October 10, 1948. The monument covers an area of 471 square meters and is 45 meters high. It is made of granite and stone. It is the first monument to martyrs built after the liberation of Harbin. In 1983, when Harbin rebuilt the eight District Stadium, Changqing Park was built with the memorial tower as the main scene. In 1995, in order to meet the Asian Winter Games, Changqing Park was transformed into an open park in 1999.
