Guochengyi Town, belonging to Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located at the northernmost end of Huining County, bordering tugaoshan Township in the East, riverside town and touzhaizi town in the south, Xinzhuang Township in the West and Dalu Township in Jingyuan County in the north, with a total administrative area of 329.1 square kilometers.

After 1949, Guocheng district was established; in July 1983, she was removed to build township; in 2000, Xiang was removed to build town. History of construction

In 1936, the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army established an anti Japanese government here.

After 1949, Guocheng district was established.

In 1958, it was changed into Guocheng commune.

It is composed of Fengling mountain, Xianglufeng mountain, Tianye mountain, Bijia mountain, Mantou mountain, Longbei mountain and si'erzui, covering an area of more than 2100 mu.
