Zhixin town

Zhixin Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Longjing City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Longjing City, in the plain area on both sides of liudao River and Hailan River, encircling the urban area. It borders dongshengyong town and Dexin town in the East, Sanhe Town in the Southeast, Baijin town in the south, Dongcheng Town in Helong city in the west, laodigou town and Chaoyang town in Yanji City in the north, with an administrative area of 354 91 square kilometers.

In 1884, yueken Bureau and Tongshang Bureau were set up; in November 1994, Zhixin township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, 12830 people registered residence in Chi Xin town. As of June 2020, Zhixin town has one community and 15 administrative villages.

In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Zhixin town was 6236.9 yuan. In 2018, there were four industrial enterprises in Zhixin Town, including one above scale and one comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In 1884, yueken Bureau and Tongshang Bureau were set up.

Qing Guangxu 16 years (1890), set up to support the Reclamation Bureau, is Yongzhi society.

In 1909, the first year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Zhixin society of Helong county.

In 1937, Zhixin village was changed.

In November 1945, it belonged to Zhixin District of Yanji county.

Zhixin town is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. The northwest is flat along the river. The main mountain ranges are Nangang mountain, with the highest peak at kunshilie mountain, 1331 meters above sea level.

Zhixin Town River belongs to Tumen River Basin, the main tributaries are Hailan River, liudao river. Liudao river originates from the north foot of Nangang mountain at the junction of Zhixin Town, Baijin Township and Sanhe Town, flows to the north of Zhixin town's industrial and rural areas, and flows into Hailan River, with a total length of 45.5 km. Hailan River enters Longjing City from the junction of Longjing and Helong at the foot of Biyan mountain, flows through the west of Zhixin Town, and flows into dongshengyong town in the east of Weixin community.
