Lamadong town
Lamadong Town, belonging to Jianchang County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Jianchang County. It is adjacent to suzhuyingzi Township in the East, hezhangzi Township in the south, Dalinghe and xijianchang Township in the west, and yiniuyingzi Township in the northeast. Its administrative area is 108.59 square kilometers.
After the eighth year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty (1743), Lamadong town belonged to tazigou Hall of Chengde Prefecture, Zhili. In 1986, Lamadong town was established after the township was abolished. By the end of 2018, the population of Lama town registered residence was 25340. As of June 2020, Lamadong town has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Lamadong village.

History of construction
After 1743, Lamadong town belonged to tazigou Hall of Chengde Prefecture.
After 1778, it belonged to Jianchang County, Chengde Prefecture, Zhili Province.
In the early Republic of China, the old system was used.
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it belonged to the Fourth District of Lingyuan County, Rehe special district, where Lama cave was set up.
In the 22nd year of the Republic of China (1933), it was reduced to a Japanese puppet ruling area. At first, it was the first Bao in Lingnan County, where Lamadong was set up. Later, it was Jianchang County, where Lamadong village was set up.
In 1945, after the surrender of Japan, the Communist Party of China established Lingyuan County in Jianchang. In October of the same year, Lingyuan county was divided into Jiandong county and Jianchang County.
On October 1, 1949, the former Lamadong district was officially designated as the third district.
At the end of 1955, more than 40 agricultural production cooperatives and 8 senior cooperatives were established in the region.
In 1956, the second district (alkali factory) and the Sixth District (Xinkailing) were merged into Lamadong district; in the autumn of the same year, the district was merged with the township, and Lamadong district was abolished, and the original five townships were merged into Lamadong Township, realizing communization at the same time.
In 1983, the commune was abolished and Lamadong township was established.
