Liushan Street

Liushan street, subordinate to Xinfu District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Xinfu District. It is adjacent to Nanyuan street in the East, Qianjin Township in the south, wulaotun street in Wanghua District in the West and Nanyang street in the north. The total area is 13.76 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, the total population of Liushan sub district was 21850.

In August 1949, the South Garden government was established, and the Liushan area belongs to the South Garden government. In November 1954, the Committee of Liushan Street changed to Liushan street. In January 1958, Liushan street was classified as an open-air area. In April 1999, Liushan street was assigned to Fushun Shengli economic development zone. In August 2005, Liushan street was assigned to Dongzhou District. In September 2010, Liushan street was assigned to Xinfu District. As of June 2020, Liushan sub district has jurisdiction over 10 communities, and the sub district office is located at No. 57, Liushan third road.

In 2011, the total industrial output value of Liushan Street reached 700 million yuan, with 40 enterprises.

Historical evolution

In August 1949, the South Garden government was established, and the Liushan area belongs to the South Garden government.

In November 1954, the Committee of Liushan Street changed to Liushan street.

In January 1958, Liushan street was classified as an open-air area.

In May 1960, the two streets of Liushan and nanyuanyuan were merged into Shengli commune.

In August 1962, the two streets of Liushan and South Garden were separated and Liushan commune was established.

On August 25, 1968, a revolutionary committee was set up in Liushan commune.

In August 1978, the second level Revolutionary Committee was abolished and the Revolutionary Committee of Liushan commune was changed to Liushan street.

In April 1999, Liushan street was assigned to Fushun Shengli economic development zone.

In August 2005, Liushan street was assigned to Dongzhou District.

In September 2010, Liushan street was assigned to Xinfu District.
