In 1909, hongluoxian was the third district of Jinxi County; in August 1984, Hongluoxian township was abolished and changed to hongluoxian town; in February 2012, it was Hongluoxian Town, Nanpiao District, Huludao City. History of construction

In 1909, hongluoxian was the third district of Jinxi County.

In 1913, it was the third district of hongluoxian, Jinxi County, Jinzhou Prefecture.
