Beishizhou Township, belonging to tumetzuoqi, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the hinterland of tumetzuoqi, bordering Baimiaozi town in the East, Gucheng town of Tuoketuo County in the south, tabsai Township in the southwest and West, Bikeqi town and chasuqi town in the north, 20 kilometers from the banner government in the North, 40 kilometers from the urban area in the East, with a total area of 205.76 square kilometers.
In 1950, beishizhou township was under the jurisdiction of tabuzi administrative village, the Fifth District of tumed banner; in April 2006, Sanliang township was merged into beishizhou township. By the end of 2018, the population of the North Shicheng Township registered residence was 31744. In 2019, there will be 36 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of beishizhou Township, and the people's government will be stationed in beishizhou village.

History of construction
In 1950, it was under the jurisdiction of tabuzi administrative village, the Fifth District of tumed banner.
In 1953, the village was transformed into a township and returned to tabuzi township.
In 1954, after guihuan county was incorporated into tumed banner, the division of tumed banner was adjusted, and beishizhou was divided into beishizhou Township, the seventh district.
