Aji town

Aji Town, under the jurisdiction of Tieling County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Tieling County, across the river from Tieling new town in the East, Shenyang Shenbei Economic Zone in the south, Faku County in the west, Cainiu town and Diaobingshan city in the north, with an administrative area of 120.64 square kilometers.

In 1948, it was the first district of Tieling County; in 1984, it was changed into Aji town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 28043. As of June 2020, Aji town has one community and 13 administrative villages.

In 2011, the total revenue of Aji town was 35 million yuan, an increase of 13.1% over the previous year. History of construction

In 1948, it was the first district of Tieling county.

In 1956, it was named Aji township.

In 1958, it was a branch of Tieling County commune.

In 1959, it was changed into Aji commune.

In 1961, Cainiu commune was separated from Aji commune.

In 1983, Aji commune was transformed into Aji township.

In 1984, it was changed into Aji town.
