Luozhuangzi town is located in the northern mountainous area of Jizhou District, 14 kilometers away from the center of the district. Jinwei highway passes through the area. The town covers an area of 99 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages. With an area of 129000 Mu and a forest coverage rate of 90%, it is known as a natural oxygen bar.

In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name luozhuangzi town as a national health Township in the period of 2017-2019.

Unique tourism resources in the town: the first large-scale outdoor mountain ski resort in Tianjin, which fills the gap of outdoor skiing projects in the city, has become a beautiful landscape of winter tourism in Jixian County.
