Liang Wang Zhuang Xiang

Liangwangzhuang township is a township under the jurisdiction of Jinghai District, Tianjin. Located in the southwest of Tianjin and the northeast of Jinghai District, the center is located on both sides of the south canal and its old road, adjacent to yangchengzhuang Township in the East, Duliu town in the west, Jinghai Town in the south, and Xiqing District across the river in the north. Beijing Shanghai railway, national highway 104, Jincang expressway, Beijing Shanghai Expressway and Jingba Road (formerly Xitai Road) run through the territory. It covers an area of 53.3 square kilometers and 2481 hectares of cultivated land.

The township government is located in the south of lianger village, 11.6km away from the county in the South and 20km away from the urban area in the north. Liangwangzhuang Township originally had 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. In August 2001, the division was adjusted. Six villages, including Wangjiayuan, lijiayuan, fujunmiao, Shilibao, putiwa and Baiyangshu, were merged into the township, and the number of administrative villages increased to 18. In recent years, with the improvement of residents' living standards, the service industry has developed rapidly. There are guixinsheng Hotel, Dahei barbecue, Daojian noodle shop, Golden Triangle Hotel and other delicious food in the township. The mutton slices of Zhangji mutton shop in lianger village are exquisite in material selection and excellent in production.

Historical evolution

Jinghai District of Tianjin Municipality governs the township. In 1958, Dongfeng commune was established as the seventh administrative area, in 1961, liangwangzhuang commune was established, and in 1983, the township was established.

In August 2001, Jinghai County carried out zoning adjustment on the basis of the original towns and townships: Dazhuangzi township was abolished and merged into Zhongwang town; dazhangtun Township and dahaozhuang Township were abolished and merged into tangguantun town; dongtantou township was abolished and merged into Yanzhuang town; Erbao township was abolished and merged into Taitou town; beixiaolou township was abolished and merged into Duliu town; fujunmiao township was abolished and Wangjiayuan, lijiajuan, and yuanfujunmiao Township were merged Fujunmiao, Shilibao, putiwa and Baiyangshu are merged into liangwangzhuang township; xiwuli, beiwuli, weijiazhuang and Fujia are merged into Jinghai Town; wangjiaying, goujiaying, liujiaying and fengjiacun are merged into Duliu town; hulianzhuang is merged into Tuanbo town; Chengguan and xuzhuangzi are merged into Jinghai Town.
