Sanchakou Town, belonging to Bachu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Bachu county and the south foot of Keping mountain system of Tianshan Mountains. It is connected with Keping County in the East, qiarbage Township, duolaitibage Township and anakule Township in the south, Jiashi County in the west, Keping county and Atushi city in the north, with a total area of 902.59 square kilometers.

Before the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Sanchakou town was an uninhabited Gobi desert; in 1984, Sanchakou town was set up. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in three fork towns was 281. In 2019, Sanchakou town governs a virtual community of Zhenxing Road, and the people's government is stationed in Zhenxing Road community.

History of construction

Before the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Sanchakou town was a deserted Gobi desert.

In 1941, Dihua Kashi highway (the predecessor of Wuhong highway) was built, and there were many people going back and forth.

In 1944, he dug a well and built three houses in the area, and sent people to be in charge of the tea supply for passing passengers.

In 1950, the Department of communications of Xinjiang Province set up Sanchakou transportation station in the territory, and successively established maintenance section, traffic supervision station, gas station, military station, production and Construction Corps transportation station, post and telecommunications, bank traffic police team and other units.

In May 1971, the police station was set up.
