Cross Street Town

Shizijie Town, subordinate to Donggang City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Donggang City, adjacent to Qianyang town in the East, Xincheng street and Changshan town in the south, Changshan town and Helong Manchu Township in the west, and Chang'an Town in the north, with an administrative area of 119.8 square kilometers.

The former Shizijie town was under the jurisdiction of Qianyang, Chang'an and Helong respectively; in June 1985, Shizijie town was established. By the end of 2018, 25735 people registered residence in cross street town. As of June 2020, Shizijie town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages.

History of construction

The former Shizijie town was under the jurisdiction of Qianyang, Chang'an and Helong respectively.

In July 1961, 16 production teams, including Tai'an, Qipan, Longtan and sunjiadian, which were originally under Qianyang commune, Longshan, xiaoloufang and kanzixia in Helong commune, and Tongtian and Wafang in Chang'an commune, merged to form Shizijie commune.

In September 1966, it was renamed Taiyangsheng commune.

In October 1970, the name of cross street commune was restored.

In August 1983, it was rebuilt as Shizijie township.

In June 1985, Shizijie town was established.
