Henan Township, located in the southwest of the Wushen nationality in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has 11 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. It is rich in resources, fertile land, beautiful water and rich products. It is known as "Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall".

Henan township is located in the southwest of Wushen Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on the South Bank of Wuding River, adjacent to Jingbian County, Shaanxi Province in the south, facing Chengchuan town of Ejian banner and shaerlige town of Wushen Banner across Wuding River in the West and North, and adjacent to nalinhe town of Wushen Banner in the East. The total area is 626.4 square kilometers, including 91000 mu of cultivated land, 160000 mu of grassland and 540000 mu of woodland. The township has 11 administrative villages with a total population of 16783, of which 946 are Mongolian, accounting for 5.4%. The township government is 104 kilometers away from dabuchak Town, where the banner government is located. The territory is rich in resources, fertile land and beautiful water, rich in products. It is known as "south of the Yangtze River beyond the Great Wall". Henan township is one of the three major grain producing areas in Ordos City and one of the important commodity grain bases in the autonomous region. The main crops are corn, wheat, rice and minor cereals; the cash crops are fruits, watermelon, vegetables, ephedra, sunflower and pepper; the main livestock are pigs, cattle, sheep and rabbits; and the aquatic products are famous for Batuwan carp, crucian carp and turtle. The mysterious zhuanbing cave seems to tell the story of the golden age and iron horse of that year.
