Daxicha town

Daxicha Town, belonging to Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County. It is adjacent to Yalu River in the southeast, across the river from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Hongshi town in the west, Taipingshao town and Budayuan town in the north and Zhenjiang town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 345.97 square kilometers.

In 1946, daxicha district was set up, and in 1999, daxicha township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 13456. As of June 2020, daxicha town has nine administrative villages.

History of construction

In 1946, daxicha district was established.

In June 1961, daxicha commune was established.
