Caitun street is located in the southwest Bank of Taizihe river, Xihu District, Benxi City, Liaoning Province, with a permanent population of 41318 (2010), covering an area of 3 square kilometers. It governs eight communities, including Caiyu, Caisheng, Caiyun, Huaxin, Caifa, CAIDA, Caiwang and Huanan. Caitun street has a long history and rich cultural heritage.
