Datong Street

It is a street under the jurisdiction of Tong'an District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Founded on June 8, 2001, it is located in the central and southern part of Tong'an District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, and the center of the "Golden Triangle" in Southern Fujian Province. It covers an area of 19.51 square kilometers and has a population of 84091 (2010).

Datong Street

It is the political, economic, transportation and cultural center of Tong'an District, and the transportation hub of National Highway 324 and provincial highway 205 (Zhangxia, Quanzhou). With the expansion of Xiamen Special Economic Zone to the whole city, Datong Street in Tong'an District has also been promoted to the special economic zone. Brahman pagoda and lushantang, the former residence of Susong, are key cultural relics under provincial protection. There are many cultural and natural landscapes in the streets, which are good places for tourism.
