Zhonghua Road

Zhonghua Road is located in the middle of Heping District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It starts from the square in front of Shenyang station in the West and ends at the junction of Heping North Street and Heping South Street in the East. It is 1430 meters long. It was built in 1910 and named Shenyang Street; it was renamed Qiandai Tiantong in 1919; it was renamed Zhonghua Road in 1946.

Zhonghua Road is the dividing line between Taiyuan north street and Taiyuan South Street, Nanjing North Street and Nanjing South Street, which is a prosperous commercial street.

history

Shenyang Street is connected with Shiyiwei Road (Luwan) in Fengtian commercial port area to the East, and then connected with daxiguan Road, becoming the main east-west trunk line connecting Fengtian subsidiary area, Fengtian commercial port area and Shenyang ancient city area. It was built in 1910 and named Shenyang Street; it was renamed Qiandai Tiantong in 1919; it was renamed Zhonghua Road in 1946.

On both sides of Zhonghua Road are prosperous commercial districts with high-rise commercial buildings. Nearby are Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Commercial Street, Zhongxing (Shenyang) commercial building, Heping shopping mall, Jinbei building, lumingchun Hotel (now Shenyang New World Hotel), Shenyang International Shopping Mall (now Shenyang New World Department Store), business hotel, China Construction Bank Zhonghua Road sub branch and new world hotel China Bookstore, Shenyang Aluminum Magnesium Design Institute, joint venture company, China theater, Wal Mart (Taiyuan Street store) and other leisure and business places. In recent years, new commercial projects such as Wanda Commercial Plaza, Chao Hui Department store, Yi ddan department store, Fu Li Hua Hotel, Mei Mei department store, SOHO Xintiandi and so on have been added.
