Qiligang reclamation farm
Qiligang comprehensive reclamation site is located in the north of eastern suburb of Linchuan District, Fuzhou City, 7 km away from Fuzhou City, adjacent to Taiyang Town, Luohu Town, Qiligang Township and Hunan township. The total area of the farm is 8295 mu, including 1080 mu of cultivated land and 7215 mu of woodland. It has two sub farms, Qiligang and Taiyang, of which the farm Department and Qiligang sub farm are located in Qiligang Township, covering an area of 5070 mu. Evolution of organizational system
Qiligang comprehensive reclamation farm was founded in 1958. In March 1958, it was a state-owned solar reclamation farm (including the solar livestock farm in xinzhongpu). In October of the same year, it was withdrawn and merged into Rongshan reclamation farm. In October 1960, the former Taiyang animal husbandry farm, Shankou farm of Linchuan county and Fuzhou forestry institute merged and established the state-owned Taiyang comprehensive reclamation farm. In the same year, it moved to Qiligang, which is easily called Qiligang reclamation farm. In February 1964, Qiligang reclamation farm was abolished and renamed as the district general university. Later, the name of Qiligang reclamation farm was restored. In 1965, sun commune's two brigades, Xinzhong and Yongqiao, and Qiligang commune's four brigades, Wanxing, Hongguang, Gangdong and Yangyuan, were transferred into ownership by the whole people; in the winter of the same year, these six brigades were transferred back to their original jurisdiction. In 1968, it was under the leadership of Linchuan county. In the winter of 1969, it merged with Qiligang commune, and implemented the integration of field and society. In the winter of 1971, the courtyard and the community were separated. At the beginning of March 1972, it merged with the Communist Labor University of Linchuan county. In March 1973, the field and school were separated.
population
The total population is 876, including 406 households. There are 377 employees, including 219 registered employees and 158 retired employees. There are 14 state cadres on duty, 7 retired state cadres and 151 workers on the list.
Economics
Qiligang reclamation farm has 3 branches, a comprehensive plant, 11 production teams and 6 professional workshops. In 1985, the total grain yield was 16. The total yield of peanut is 130000 Jin, and that of sesame is 1. It has fixed assets of 550000 yuan and total industrial and agricultural output value of 87. 50000 components (51% of total agricultural output value). By 1989, the total grain output was 13. The total output value of the farm is 700000 yuan, and the total industrial output value is 1.04 million yuan, including 950000 yuan of wine. By 2005, the total output value of industry and agriculture was more than 700000, while the industrial output value was almost zero. In recent years, Qiligang reclamation farm has been gradually cut by farmers in surrounding villages with various reputation or means, and the total area of the farm has been shrinking year by year. This is not only a potential loss of state-owned assets, but also a huge loss of local available financial resources in the future.
Development conception
If the land of Qiligang reclamation farm is collected, the cost will be at least several hundred million yuan more than that of Zhongling and Chonggang (100000 Mu * 20000 / mu = 2 billion yuan). This is a huge starting fund, a golden mountain lying beside us, and a piece of fat on our lips. If we use this land as capital stock to attract investment, we will cooperate with businessmen to build a large and medium-sized airport in Fuzhou, and then connect the entrance and exit of the airport with the Expressway Crossing Fuzhou from east to west from Jinxi and Dongxiang. In this way, the construction of a large and medium-sized airport with a total population of 6 million, which directly serves Jinzhou, Linzhou, Dongzhou, Chongzhou, Yichang and Lele, plus 3 million people from Lichuan and Nancheng, and extends to Zixi and Nanfeng, Fengcheng, Jinxian and Nanchang, will obviously lay a solid foundation for the grand plan of building Nanchang into an international metropolis It is also conducive to accelerate the pace of construction of Nanchang towards the goal of international metropolis, and to accelerate the docking (integration) between Fuzhou and Nanchang, so as to accelerate the scientific, rapid, efficient and sustainable development of both sides. At the same time, it is also conducive to directly drive the overall investment work of the surrounding areas, and directly stimulate the enthusiastic development of the surrounding county economy. The eastern coastal area is setting off another round of airport reconstruction and expansion climax. If we do not pay close attention to this construction, it is bound to result in further distance. As we all know, 70% of the world's wealth is in the hands of 3% of the world's tycoons. We can imagine how difficult it is to achieve unconventional development where the world's rich do not go. And where there is no airport, it is the place that the rich who have private planes will not go. On the contrary, as long as there is a place where the world-class tycoons are optimistic about and invest in, there will naturally be a large group of small and medium-sized supporting service industries coming in. In this way, the agglomeration of wealth will drive the agglomeration of industries, and through the agglomeration of industries, the acceleration of logistics, people flow and information flow will surely push Fuzhou's economy to a new level. Therefore, we must make the decision of airport land use as soon as possible, change the passive into the active, grasp the key links of development, so as to promote the future development of Fuzhou into a sustainable, rapid and efficient track.
