Jihong Street

Jihong street, a street under the jurisdiction of Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast corner of Tiexi District. It faces Taiyuan street of Heping District across Changda railway in the East, connects Xinggong street with Beisi East Road in the south, borders Xinghua North Street and dugong street in the west, and borders sandongqiao street of Huanggu District with Shenshan railway in the north. The administrative area is 3.8 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, the total population of Jihong street was 106200.

In September 1999, it was divided into nine communities, namely beihongqiao, Guangming, Ronghua, liming apartment, Tiejun, aigongbei, xinggongbei, youth Juyi and gongheqiao. In October 2004, Xinhu community was established. In September 2008, the two communities of Huabei and yunfengbei were established respectively. As of June 2020, Jihong street has 12 communities under its jurisdiction.

At the end of 2011, Jihong street had 2015 commercial outlets. In 2011, the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 3.43 billion yuan, an increase of 19.9% over the previous year.
