Lacquer tree town

The township government is about 20 km away from the city center, and Ziyi road is 6.1 km running through the whole area. Yuchong railway station is located at the junction of the township, Zhongquan town and Fuquan Town, with a relatively remote location, and the village road of the township is 21.48 km.

Historical evolution

Before 1959, Qishu township was under the jurisdiction of Yibin County. In the second year of Xuantong (1910) of the Qing Dynasty, the township autonomous association was established, belonging to the eighth township of Donger District, Yibin County. It was still established in the early years of the Republic of China. in 1929, a regiment was set up in the township, and the regiment was used to unify a. the township of Qishu belonged to the union regiment. Because the office of a was set up in qishuchang, it was still under the jurisdiction of Baihua town. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the joint insurance system was abolished, the township was reorganized, and the Union League was changed into Qishu township. In 1950, Yibin County was established as a district, and Qishu township was the Sixth District Office of Yibin County. In 1956, the Sixth District was abolished, and Qishu township was merged into Baihua district. In December of the same year, Qishu Township and Xinmin Township were merged into Qishu township. In August 1958, lacquer tree and nongtuan Township were merged into lacquer tree people's commune. On August 28, 1959, Yibin County was put under the jurisdiction of the suburb of Zigong City (Yantan District). In February 1960, the three communes of Qishu, Zhongquan and Fuquan were merged into Yuchong commune. In December of the same year, Yuchong commune was abolished and Qishu people's commune was restored. In February 1962, the lacquer tree commune set aside the original rural League township. In 1983, the commune was changed into a township. on August 1, 2005, Yantan district was put under the jurisdiction of Ziliujing district. on September 4, 2019, the township administrative division of Ziliujing district was adjusted, the nongtuan Township and Qishu Township were abolished, and feilongxia town was established. The administrative area of feilongxia town was the former nongtuan Township and Qishu Township, and the people's Government of feilongxia town was located at 144 Yuchong street.

Located in the south of Ziliujing District, Zigong City, it is adjacent to kongtan town of Yibin City in the south, Zhongquan town of the district in the north, Fuquan town of Yantan District in the East and nongtuan township of the district in the West.

agricultural development

The total land area is 10.47 square kilometers. the township is an agricultural township, which mainly produces rice, corn, wheat and sweet potato, and mainly breeds pigs, rabbits and chickens. There are mainly 20 households with 60000 laying hens, four orchards with an area of 300 mu, and 450 mu of shallow mud lotus root. The forest area is 3413.5 mu, including 685 mu (395.1 mu) of returning farmland to forest, involving 23 groups. The natural forest is mainly concentrated in group 5 of Yangliu village, covering an area of 1657.5 mu. The main plan of the 11th five year plan is two parks and one industry, namely, 800 Mu ecological park with high-quality fruit and aquatic nursery to develop rural tourism; 400 mu vegetable park with vegetables; and 100000 laying hens industry with laying hens.
