Bulu Township

Bulu township is 7 kilometers away from Chengguan of Xianju County, adjacent to Chengguan and Guanlu town in the north, Dazhan Township and Zhuxi town in the East, Shangzhang Township in the South and Jietian town in the West. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north, belonging to low mountain and hilly area. Yongan River in the upper reaches of Lingjiang river meanders through the northern border, and Xianqing line of provincial highway 41 passes through the border. It has superior geographical location and convenient traffic conditions.

In September 2018, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas and the Ministry of Finance approved Bulu township to carry out the demonstration construction of a strong agricultural town.

Name and origin

The name of Bu Lu is because the village is surrounded by mountains and is located at the mouth of the canyon. The valley is more than 100 Li deep. Since ancient times, a stone road has been the only way for mountain people to walk to the county. So it's called Bulu village. Because the township government is located in Lulu village, it is called Bulu township.

Historical evolution

Ming Dynasty belongs to Shengping township. In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of the 26 capitals. At the end of the Republic of China, Renma township was established. At the beginning of liberation, it was divided into Wangzhai and Bulu townships, which were merged in 1956 and named Bulu township. In 1957, Wangzhai and Bulu were divided into two townships. In 1958, the two townships merged and Bulu people's commune was established, which directly belonged to the county. In 1962, it was under the jurisdiction of Chengfeng district. In 1984, it was withdrawn from shejian Township and became Bulu Township, directly under the jurisdiction of the county.

Its products are not only sold to Hangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Dalian City, Heilongjiang Province and other places, but also exported to France, Russia and other countries.

Bayberry Market

In 2004, with an investment of more than 1.3 million yuan, Xilu bayberry market, the largest trading center of Bayberry in the county, was built. In 2007, more than 100000 yuan was invested to expand the parking lot of Xilu waxberry market, and a ring-shaped lane was built to solve the problems of parking difficulty and traffic congestion. In 2007, the average daily flow of Bayberry reached more than 3000 people, sometimes even more than 8000 people on weekends. The average trading volume of Myrica rubra reached 110 tons per day, and the highest daily sales volume reached more than 200 tons.

XianMei brand
