Laohutan street, subordinate to Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Zhongshan District, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the East and south, Taoyuan Street and kuiying street in the west, and Haijun Square Street and Qingniwaqiao street in the north, with a total area of 15.9 square kilometers.

As of June 2020, Laohutan street has jurisdiction over five communities, namely Hushan community, Xinghua community, Zhongxing community, Yingbin community and Ping'an community, and its sub district office is located at 236 Hutan road.
