The total area of the farm is 48000 mu, including 7500 mu of arable land and 12000 mu of natural grassland. The farm has three production teams and seven production groups, with a total population of 2912 people (in 2010), which is composed of seven ethnic groups, including Han, Uygur, Kazakh and Hui, of which ethnic minorities account for 45% of the total population. The comprehensive farm is rich in light and heat resources, sufficient water resources and warm climate, which create unique favorable conditions for the planting industry. In 2004, 885 mu of corn seed production, 5024 mu of soybean, 1380 mu of oil crops, 120 mu of other economic crops and 965 mu of grain crops were planted in the whole field, with the grain to economic ratio of 2:8. On the basis of 350 mu of blackcurrant planted last year, another 500 mu will be planted and 20 mu will be raised this year, which is expected to become a new bright spot in the economic growth of the farm in three years.

1、 Animal husbandry: this year, our farm started and improved the "5211" project, and vigorously developed animal husbandry. At present, there are 8360 livestock in stock, including 805 cattle, 7145 sheep (1032 fine wool sheep) and 28000 layers. 83 high-quality cows were introduced, including 30 black and white cows, 13 Simmental cows and 30 brown cows; 120 fine wool sheep were introduced, including 173 new high-quality cows and 210 improved breed cows; the construction of the first phase project of the breeding community with an investment of 800000 yuan this year has been completed, and 10 farmers have moved into the community. More than 200 high-quality cattle were raised in the community. 2. Forestry situation: in 2004, 553 mu of trees were planted, including 53 mu of shelterbelt and 500 mu of newly planted blackcurrant. At present, the total area of planting blackcurrant is 850 mu, and the new varieties of blackcurrant are growing well.
3. Development of science and technology: our farm makes full use of the "winter of science and technology" and "summer of science and technology" activities to teach farmers and herdsmen planting and breeding science and practical technology. This year, 500 mu of High-yield Winter Wheat, 300 mu of winter rape, 4500 mu of soybean, 885 mu of corn seed production and 650 mu of blackcurrant will be planted scientifically. Actively encourage the majority of farmers to develop the scientific breeding technology of silage straw. Now, 35 silage pits (pools) have been built in the whole farm. At the same time, making full use of the favorable opportunity of the county energy office to build the biogas energy demonstration site in our farm, 8 biogas pools have been built, all of which have been put into use. The telephone penetration rate is 90%.
4. Water conservancy: in order to maintain the sustainable and steady development of the market economy in the future and continuously improve the production and living conditions of workers, we have built 7.2 km of impervious canals, including 4.2 km of new impervious canals, 37 culvert bridges and 52 sluices, completed 5 km of road sandification, completed 3 km of tarring works of main roads and roads on both sides of the market small towns through multi-party efforts for project funds The water supply project of the animal husbandry team was completed, which solved the problem of difficult drinking water for herdsmen for many years.
5. Education and culture: during the system reform of the comprehensive farm in 2000, the school has been transferred to Wuxiang, and there is no school in this farm now. Mass entertainment venues are basically sound. There are five activity rooms in the venue, and the learning and activity needs of the staff can be basically met.
6. Investment promotion: this year, the two committees conscientiously implemented the spirit of the work conference of the county Party committee and intensified investment promotion. Five investment promotion projects have been implemented, with a total investment of 4.2 million yuan, an increase of 1.2 million yuan over the 3 million yuan assigned by the county. There are three projects with a single investment of over 500000 yuan. The five investment projects that have been implemented are: 1. Attracting foreign capital to plan and construct the agricultural market, with a total investment of 250000 yuan. 2. The total investment is 800000 yuan. 3. The new brick kiln project has a total investment of 300000 yuan. 4. The total investment is 1.5 million yuan. 5. The total investment is 1.35 million yuan.
7. Project funds: from 2002 to 2004, the projects of comprehensive farms striving for national and autonomous regional funds include: 1.8 million yuan for the reconstruction project of 10000 mu low yield farmland; 400000 yuan for the disease prevention and water improvement project in pastoral areas; 1 million yuan for the dry farming project; and 1.5 million yuan for the asphalt project of rural roads. At present, four projects have been completed.
