Longshengzhuang town

Longshengzhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Fengzhen City, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Fengzhen City. It is connected with Zhanggao town of Xinghe County in the East, hunyuanyao Township and heitutai town in the south, Nancheng street and hongshaba town in the west, wulahawula township of Chahar right front banner in the north, with an administrative area of 421.07 square kilometers.

In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Northwest Township of fengzhenting; in the autumn of 1958, it was changed to longshengzhuang commune; in February 1984, it was restored to longshengzhuang town. By the end of 2018, 34659 households registered residence in Longsheng Town. As of June 2020, longshengzhuang town has one community and 13 administrative villages.

In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in longshengzhuang town was 6489 yuan. In 2018, there were 66 industrial enterprises and 15 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in longshengzhuang town.

History of construction

In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Northwest Township of fengzhenting.

During the period of the Republic of China, it was the Fourth District of Fengzhen county.

In 1948, the CPC suimeng district government established longshengzhuang city.

At the end of 1949, it was changed to longshengzhuang town.

In the autumn of 1958, it was changed into longshengzhuang commune.

In February 1984, longshengzhuang town was restored.

In 2001, baibaozhuang township was assigned to longshengzhuang town.

In 2006, shuishanzhuang township was merged into longshengzhuang town.

By June 2020, longshengzhuang town has one community and 13 administrative villages: Tuanjie community, Nanquan village, Xiyao village, Heping Village, sanyingfang village, baibaozhuang village, Fujia village, dadongying village, No.40 village, yongshanzhuang village, No.10 village, No.2 village, Dongguan village and yongwangzhuang village.

History and culture

During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1736-1795), the immigrants were released to build the village here, which was named after the prosperous Qianlong period.

On December 17, 2012, longshengzhuang village of longshengzhuang town was listed in the first batch of Chinese traditional villages by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of the people's Republic of China, the Ministry of culture of the people's Republic of China and the Ministry of finance of the people's Republic of China.

famous scenery

In 1751, the worship temple was built in longshengzhuang. In 1926, five halls and five buildings were expanded, with a total construction area of 2700 square meters and 820 square meters. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, it has been listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Honorary title

On February 19, 2014, longshengzhuang town was announced as the Sixth Batch of Chinese historical and cultural towns by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of the people's Republic of China and the State Administration of cultural relics.
