Shangguandi town

Shangguandi Town, belonging to Songshan District of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Songshan District, bordering on Manchu Township of Dangpudi in the East, Chutoulang town in the south, Gangzi Township in the Youyou, and Qiaotou town of Wengniute Banner in the north. The area is 330 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 22039 people registered residence.

In 1968, it was changed to the Revolutionary Committee of the local commune. In 1980, the Management Committee of Guandi commune was restored. In 1984, it was changed to Guandi Township, a suburb of Chifeng City. In 1985, it was renamed da50jiazi township. In 1993, the village belonged to Songshan District. In December 2001, Jianchang Township and dawuajiazi Township were merged into Shangguandi town. As of June 2020, Shangguandi town has 14 administrative villages.

By the end of 2018, there were 4 industrial enterprises in Shangguandi Town, including 2 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In 1945, at the beginning of liberation, it belonged to Chixi County of Rezhong special office in Rehe province.

At the beginning of October 1949, it was assigned to Chifeng county official area (six districts).

In 1956, after the withdrawal of the District, it was built as Guandi Township, located in Guandi village.

In 1958, the government land commune was established, belonging to Chifeng City.

In 1959, it was put under Wengniute Banner.

In 1962, it was transferred back to Chifeng County, and the commune was moved to da50jiazi.

In 1968, it was changed to the Revolutionary Committee of the local commune.

In 1980, the Management Committee of Guandi commune was restored.

In 1984, it was changed to Guandi Township, a suburb of Chifeng City.

In 1985, it was renamed da50jiazi township.

In 1993, the village belonged to Songshan District.

In December 2001, Jianchang Township and dawuajiazi Township were merged into Shangguandi town.

As of June 2020, Shangguandi town has 14 administrative villages: dawuajiazi village, Guandi village, baiyinheshuo village, toubahuo village, Beixinjing village, tabwusu village, Jianchang village, shanzuizi village, yimatou village, bandiying village, caomaoshan village, qianwujia village, houwujia village and Lamadi village. The town people's government is stationed in dawuajiazi Village.
