Consumptive Laishan Township belongs to Wuchuan County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Consumptive Laishan township is located in the northeast of Kezhen County, 26 kilometers away from the county and 68 kilometers away from Hohhot. The total area is 242.48 square kilometers. It has a total population of 4612 (2017) and an agricultural population of 10628. It has jurisdiction over 7 village committees and 62 natural villages, including consumptive Laishan, dashadai, wufutang, gedingtou, nanfangzi, dashawo and huangyangqu. Consumptive Lai is the homonym of "haolai" in Mongolian, which means the place of "throat". Therefore, it is located at the mountain pass, which is the throat of traffic, so herdsmen call it "haolai mountain". Later, farmers of the Yang family in Shanxi moved here and rented farmland to form a village, which was called "consumptive mountain" later. In 1958, the people's commune was established, and the township government was located here. In 1984, it was replaced by the village of consumptive Lai mountain. In 2002, the former East Koizumi was merged into geding, and the former Xiaoxitan into wufutang.

Consumptive Lai is the homonym of "haolai" in Mongolian, which means the place of "throat". Therefore, it is located at the mountain pass, which is the throat of traffic, so herdsmen call it "haolai mountain". Later, farmers of the Yang family in Shanxi moved here and rented farmland to form a village, which was called "consumptive mountain" later. The commune was established in 1958 and the township was changed in 1984. In 1996, it covers an area of 159.2 square kilometers and has a population of 11000. It governs nine administrative villages, namely Haolaishan, dashadai, wufutang, Xiaoxitan, dongxiaoquan, gedingtou, nanfangzi, dashawo and huangyangqu. In 2002, the original dongkoizumi was merged into gedingtou, and the original Xiaoxitan into wufutang; the township governs 7 administrative villages and 62 natural villages, including consumptive Laishan, dashadai, wufutang, gedingtou, nanfangzi, dashawo and huangyangqu; it covers an area of 146.4 square kilometers and has a population of 11004, including 10628 agricultural people. In 2006, consumptive Lai mountain township was abolished and merged into Hale town. In 2012, 10 villages in Hale Town, such as consumptive mountain, were set up as consumptive mountain township. the former doudoupu township was under the jurisdiction of Wuchuan County. It is located in the east of the county, adjacent to Hale town in the East, Ke town and Daqingshan Township in the west, HuJiao in the south, and consumptive mountain in the north, 15 kilometers away from the county. It is 31 kilometers long from north to South and 15 kilometers wide from east to west, covering an area of 260 square kilometers. Population 7135. Jurisdiction zhenxingyuan, daqiandi, doudoupu, Chefu, bogesu, yixingyuan six administrative villages. Because the township is located in doudoupu village. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Hale township. In 1961, Chepu commune was established. In 1971, the residence of Chepu commune was moved to doudoupu village. In 1982, it was renamed doudoupu commune and in 1984, it was changed to doudoupu township. In 1996, it covers an area of 256.6 square kilometers and has a population of 8000. It governs eight administrative villages, namely doudoupu, zhenxingyuan, sandaoxiang, daqiandi, Chepu, yixingyuan, bogesu and Tangfang. In 2002, the original 8 administrative villages were adjusted to 6 administrative villages, and 62 natural villages were merged into 56 natural villages. In 2006, doudoupu township was abolished and merged into Hale town. In 2012, hale town was divided into two. Zhenxingyuan village, daqiandi village and doudoupu village were under the jurisdiction of the newly established consumptive mountain township. Chefu village, bogesu village and yixingyuan village still belong to Hale town.
