Longren Township

Longren township is under the jurisdiction of Dangxiong county. "Longren" is a Tibetan translation, which means "changgu". Longren township was established in 1960, changed to commune in 1970, and restored to township in 1984. It is located in the east of the county, with a population of 4980 (2017), and has access to roads. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely Tangmo, Wuma, Yangre, nanuogang and Longren. It is mainly engaged in animal husbandry, and grazes goats, sheep, cattle, cattle, cattle and horses. Produce Fritillaria, etc.

On May 26, 2020, Longren township was selected into the list of strong agricultural towns in 2020.

（2） Construction scale: Yangre River and Dangqu River new bridge project in Longren Township, Dangxiong County, Lhasa City: 2 new bridges, 2-10M reinforced concrete prestressed hollow slab in Yangre river of Longren Township and 2-13m reinforced concrete prestressed hollow slab in Dangqu river of Longren township; 2 new bridges, manikada and Latang group of balika village, Bolang village, Menba Township, Mozhugongka county Manikada bridge in Lang village is a rectangular slab bridge with a span of 1-8m; Latang group bridge in Ba Rika village is a rectangular slab bridge with a span of 1-8m (see the construction drawing for details).

（6） Construction period: 90 calendar days;

（7） The project quality is required to meet the qualified standards.

Tender conditions

（1） Any construction enterprise with the ability to undertake the bidding project and the required qualification conditions can apply for the qualification examination of the above bidding project from the company legal person or the person in charge of the Tibet Branch (subject to the record), and only the qualified bidding applicants can participate in the bidding; (2) the bidding applicant must be the construction administrative director Legal person with grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction or grade 3 or above qualification for professional contracting of bridge engineering approved and issued by the Department;

（3） The constructor who intends to undertake the bidding project must have grade II or above of highway and Bridge Specialty approved and issued by the construction administrative department, and have plateau construction experience;

（4） The post qualification examination method is adopted for the qualification examination of the bidding applicants in this project. The main qualification examination standards and contents are detailed in the qualification examination conditions in the bidding documents. Only the qualified bidding applicants are likely to be awarded the contract.

（1） Copies of enterprise qualification certificate, business license and tax registration certificate;

（2） The qualification certificate of the constructor, the certificate of the technical director and the certificate of the five members of the proposed project;

（3） The original and copy of the letter of introduction, the legal representative or the authorization of the legal representative;

（4） Original and copy of work safety license and registration certificate of foreign enterprises entering Tibet;

（5） The company is in good financial condition (original and copies of audited financial statements in recent three years) and has the necessary working capital for the implementation of the project.

Here's a place to go: this time I visited a school we funded in Tibet: Longren Township Central Primary School, Dangxiong County, Nagqu Prefecture, Tibet.

Namco and Nyainqentanglha mountains are in Dangxiong. It is a pure pastoral area with an altitude of more than 4000.

Longren township is built in a large settlement, and the school buildings are very beautiful. The government also has computers, but there is no cable, and often there is no electricity.

There are more than 300 students and 281 students living on campus.

In winter, students burn yak dung for warmth. The lowest temperature is 30 degrees below zero.

The school gives out two sets of clothes a year. The children with good conditions will have some thick winter clothes at home. Quite a number of children from poor families don't have many clothes at home, so they rely on these two sets of clothes and cow dung for heating.

I know that Basang is a doctor in Longren township. He graduated from junior college. He used to work in the county hospital and asked to work in the township health station for four years. Later, when chatting, he inadvertently talked about: many herdsmen's diseases have been delayed until they can't be cured when they are sent to the county hospital. In fact, those diseases can be cured as long as there is a doctor at the beginning. He said that we can contact more patients next!

It is commendable that his wife is a nurse in the county hospital and supports his work very much.

I followed his jeep to several families in the pastoral area. I deeply felt his prestige in the pastoral area and the herdsmen's feelings for him!

Every winter in Longren Township, together with several friends in Lhasa, he goes to Lhasa to "beg" for old clothes for his herdsmen and children.

Later, I learned that he was a literature lover, a poet, the Secretary of the Party committee of Longren Township, and a good cadre like Kong Fansen. I believe that there are not many such people. Fortunately, I met one.

When Dangxiong came back, he wanted to do something for Longren Township, such as donating winter clothes. Not only schools, but also herdsmen.

The foundation does not donate clothes, so it can only be an individual act.

At that time, Basang was most anxious about the needs of the poor children in Longren township.
