Hubin street is located in Hubin new village. It covers an area of 7.3 square kilometers and has a population of 49777 (2010). It has jurisdiction over five neighborhood committees: hubindong, hubinxi, xingshanzi, Hanshan and Liuchang. It's named because it's near Yunlong Lake.

Located in the southwest of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, on the Hubei side of Yunlong, 5km away from the city center. It governs eight communities. The office is located in Hubin new village. At the end of 2008, it covers an area of 7.3 square kilometers and has a population of 40655. It governs six communities: hubindong, hubinxi, xingshanzi, Hanshan, Liuchang and Binhu garden.

Hubinxincun street was built in 1989, belonging to Yunlong District. In 1993, it was changed to Quanshan district and renamed Hubin street. In 1996, it covers an area of 0.3 square kilometers and has a population of 30000. It has jurisdiction over the first to tenth neighborhood committees of Hubin new village. In April 2000, Hanshan village and xingshanzi village in Kuishan Township were assigned to Hubin street. In January 2005, Liuchang community under the jurisdiction of Hubei street was divided into Hubin street; Hubin street after zoning adjustment has jurisdiction over Hubin East, Hubin West, xingshanzi, Hanshan and Liuchang, with an area of 7.3 square kilometers and a population of 36000. At the end of 2008, it covers an area of 7.3 square kilometers and has a population of 40655. It governs six communities: hubindong, hubinxi, xingshanzi, Hanshan, Liuchang and Binhu garden.
