Sanhe street is subordinate to Sandu Shui Autonomous County of Guizhou Province, located in the north central part of Sandu county. It is formed by the merger of Sanhe Town, Lalan Township, Shuilong Township, Xiangzhai village and weizhai village. It covers an area of 309.35 square kilometers, with cultivated land of 21.1 square kilometers, including 3.28 square kilometers in Lalan area and 17.82 square kilometers in Sanhe area. Sanhe sub district office has 4 neighborhood committees, 24 administrative villages and 219 villager groups. At the end of 2014, the total population was 55962, including 58072 permanent residents. There are 42050 ethnic minorities, mainly Shui, Miao, Buyi and Yao.

Evolution of organizational system

In August 2014, after the township administrative division of Sandu county was adjusted, Sanhe street was formed by the merger of Sanhe Town, Lalan Township, Shuilong Township, Xiangzhai village and weizhai village. in July 2019, Guizhou Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of Fengyu street in Sandu Shui Autonomous County from Sanhe street. After the adjustment of administrative division, Sanhe Street governs Xiaohe community, Duliujiang community, yaorenshan community, Fenghuang community, Xincheng community, Chengbei community, Yongkang village, Miaolong village and Lalan village, and the sub District Office is located in yaorenshan community.

geographical environment

Sanhe street is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Duliu river. It belongs to the humid monsoon climate in the Central Asian zone. It is strongly affected by the southeast monsoon. The climate is mild and the rainfall is abundant. The average temperature is 18.1 ℃, the frost free period is 330 days, the annual rainfall is 1380 mm, and the forest coverage rate is 67.72%. The territory belongs to low and medium mountains, low mountain valley basin, surrounded by mountains, small basin terrain in the middle, low and medium mountains in the East, overlapping mountains, small pieces of dam, sea level between 700-910 meters. In the west, there are low mountains with an altitude of 450-600 meters. The highest altitude is 1365 meters at dangxiangpo, Paimiao village in the East, and the lowest altitude is 385 meters at the outlet of Duliu River in Lalan village.

Economics

The soil in Sanhe street has obvious characteristics of zonality and vertical distribution, which is suitable for the development of planting industry. The agricultural economy has established a pattern of suburban agriculture and coexistence of multiple crops. In recent years, garlic, tomato, early corn, eggplant, lettuce and other pollution-free early maturing vegetable bases have been formed, and become the main supply place of daily vegetables for county residents. Among them, lettuce is exported to Canada. The main cash crops are sweet tea, red bayberry, citrus, tangerine, navel orange and grape. Sweet tea is exported to Japan, the United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, making it the only foreign exchange industry in the county. Sanhe street has two characteristics of agriculture. The first is the wubuxiang pig, which "the fragrance of buccal teeth lasts for three days, and one family cooks meat for four neighbors". The second is "crisp, tender and sweet, fragrant and refreshing" Lalan crystal grape. They are popular in the market because of their beautiful scenery, pure pollution-free and unique flavor. They have become a new way for street farmers to increase their income and become rich. In 2014, Sanhe Street produced 10000 Xiang Pigs with a production of 58 tons and a sales revenue of 2.3 million yuan. Grape planting area of 1300 mu, the average yield of 1500 kg per mu, the total yield of 1.6 million kg. The sales revenue is 3.5 million yuan.
