Xinkai Street

Xinkailu street, belonging to Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Guangyang District, adjacent to Beiwang Township in the East, Yinhe South Road Street in anci District in the south, jiefangdao street in the West and xinyuandao street in the north. The area is 13.5 square kilometers, with a total population of 66929 in 2017.

In 1977, Dongfeng Street was set up, belonging to Langfang town. In 1982, it was renamed Xinkai street, belonging to Langfang city. In 1989, it belonged to anci district. In 1990, the residents committee of Aimin Dongdao community was established. In 2000, it was assigned to Guangyang district. As of June 2020, Xinkai street has 16 communities under its jurisdiction.

In 2011, there were 2 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 1331 employees in Xinkai street, realizing an industrial added value of 100 million yuan, an increase of 15% over the previous year. There are 2 enterprises with sales revenue of more than 100 million yuan.

Historical evolution

In 1977, Dongfeng Street was set up, belonging to Langfang town.

In 1978, there were five community residents committees, namely Jinguang Road, Dongfeng Road (renamed Xinkai Road community residents committee in 1982), Jianguo Road, Heping Road and Jianshe Road.

In 1980, the East community residents committee was established (renamed Chunyang Road community residents committee in 1982).

In 1982, it was renamed Xinkai street, belonging to Langfang city.

In 1984, eight community residents committees were established, including linyuanli, Wufu Street, Wanfang street, tongshunli, Qinghe street, yanghuili, ruihuali and qunleli.

In 1989, it belonged to anci district.

In 1990, the residents committee of Aimin Dongdao community was established.

In 1993, the 6916 community residents committee was established.

In 1994, hongtuli community residents committee was established.

In 1997, Dongfang Machinery Factory and jiefangdao community residents committee were established.

In 2000, it was assigned to Guangyang district.

In 2000, the residents committee of leisure community was established.

In 2001, six community residents committees were established, including Jinxing Road, Jinqiao, Jinyuan, Shiji garden, Xin'ao and Wangzhai (formerly Wangzhai village committee).

In February 2004, the residents committee of Dongfang Machinery Factory was renamed dongfangjiayuan community residents committee.

In September 2006, Jinguang Road, Wufu Street, Xinkai Road, Jianshe Road, Qinghe street and Wanfang street were classified as Jiefang Road street.

In March 2007, Jianguo Road community residents committee was incorporated into Jiefang Road Street Wufu Street community residents committee.

In April 2007, Xinao, Jinyuan and Jinqiao communities were classified into xinyuandao street.

In May 2007, two community residents committees, international garden and Yuntong home, were set up, and five community residents committees, Jiefang Road, Heping Road, Chunyang Road, yanghuili and Aimin East Road, were abolished.
