Jixiang Township, belonging to Gutian County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the north of Gutian County, with Hetang and Zhuoyang in the East, Pinghu in the west, Daqiao in the southeast and Pingnan in the north. The area is 201.44 square kilometers.

Xifeng Temple

Xifeng temple is located in Xifeng village, Jixiang Township, Gutian County. It was built in the first year of Kaiyuan (713). In the sixth year of Tianqi in the Ming Dynasty, the monk Yunhe rebuilt it. It was rebuilt in 1989. There is a stone bridge at the gate of the temple. It is said that it was built several years after the completion of the temple. It records the time when the bridge was built: in November of Jiaxi, gengzi was ugly and in May, Guangji Dragon Palace was built. In 1237, Jiaxi of Southern Song Dynasty was built. There is a tombstone on the right side of the temple, which is the stone carving of Shouyu of the 115th generation monks in the temple.
