Hucun town

Hucun Zhen is located in the west of Fuxing District, Handan City, Hebei Province. Hanchang (Zhi) railway and Hanchang highway transit. The town government is stationed in Hucun. On April 1, 2014, Hucun town was divided into Fuxing District of Handan city.

Hucun is located 500 meters north of Hanwu expressway, with convenient transportation and superior environment. There are 30892 permanent residents in the village (in 2017), and the cultivated land area is 3700 mu. In terms of culture, education and health, our village has one senior high school, middle school and primary school, three clinics and one hospital, which effectively solve the problems of schooling, medical treatment and education in the village. The village's leading group consists of 12 people, and the government affairs are made public once a quarter.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1956, Kanghe Township, huobei Township, niujiaohe Township and jiuwulou Township were merged into Hucun township. In 1958, they were merged into Yongnian County, belonging to Hucun commune and Hucun management area. In 1959, it was transferred to Handan city and changed into lincun commune. In 1961, Hucun commune was established. In 1962, it was returned to Handan county. In 1984, it was changed into a township. In 1995, it was withdrawn from the township to build a town. In 1997, it covers an area of 39 square kilometers and has a population of 38000. It was incorporated into Fuxing district on April 1, 2014. [trusteeship]

Hucunzhen is located in the west of Fuxing district. Hanchang (Zhi) railway and Qinglan expressway transit.

Economics

Agricultural economy is mainly based on planting: 10 vegetable greenhouses, two vineyards (covering an area of 2-3 mu), coarse cereals. Breeding industry is mainly to raise pigs and sheep. In addition, it has its own market, which provides convenience for villagers to purchase and sell.

The development of tourism in Hucun is particularly prominent. There are Guandi temple, Longwang temple and other places of interest, as well as Guitai Temple site, Otsuka site and other scenic spots that can be developed. It has attracted people from all walks of life to visit.

There are more than 170 enterprises (Yutai coal chemical, Zongheng iron and steel, Fuxing District iron and steel plant, Sanlian iron and steel, paster foundry, color printing plant). In addition, there are transportation teams and construction teams (40 people) in our village. With a per capita income of more than 3000 yuan, it is an advanced well-off village and a rich village.
