Xinglong Township is located in the northeast of Lai'an county, bordering Liuhe District of Jiangsu Province and Tianchang City of Anhui Province in the East and Xuyi of Jiangsu Province in the north. The provincial highway between Jiangsu and Anhui passes through the border, only 50 kilometers away from Nanjing, with convenient transportation.
