Lamadian Town, belonging to Lishu County, Siping City, Jilin Province, is located in the west of Lishu County, bordering Lishu town in the East, Qujiadian Township, Bamian town and pinganbao town in Changtu County, Liaoning Province in the South and West, and Sikeshu Township in the north. The area is 123.14 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Lamdian town was 30407.
In 1948, it belonged to nine districts. In September 1958, it was changed into Lamadian commune. In November 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In December 1984, the township was transformed into a town. As of June 2020, Lamadian town has one community and 14 administrative villages.
By the end of 2018, there were 2 industrial enterprises in Lamadian Town, including 1 industrial enterprise above Designated Size and 66 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

By June 2020, Lamadian town has one community and 14 administrative villages: Changping community, gaojiawobao village, Lamadian village, laochengwobao village, lishubei village, liushuying village, Liujiazi village, niujiawobao village, pengjiawobao village, Pingling village, qianjiaba village, shenranfang village, wangjiayuanzi village, yikeshu village and qianhujia village. The town people's Government is stationed in Lamadian village.
