In 2013, Huaming xinjiayuan street was established in Dongli District of Tianjin. In 2014, Huaming xinjiayuan street was renamed Huaxin Street.

In 2013, Huaming xinjiayuan Street (No. 20, jinminfu) was established.

In 2014, Huaming xinjiayuan street was renamed Huaxin Street (jinminfu No.2).

The temporary office of the preparatory group is located to the east of Chihai Road, to the north of xinjiayuan south bus station, and opposite the main entrance of Tianjin Construction Education and training center. Six neighborhood committees in xinjiayuan district have been approved to be established. Because the office space provided by the developer for the neighborhood committee of dingxiu community is not qualified for use, no handover has been made.

In 2016, it has jurisdiction over six community neighborhood committees: dingxiu Xinyuan, Huafeng Jiayuan, Huafu Jiayuan, Tianxin garden, Mingdu garden and Xidi garden.

geographical environment

There is Haihe River in the South and Jinzhong River in the north. The terrain is flat, high in the West and low in the East. There are depressions and levees between them. It is a warm temperate semi humid continental monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 11.8 ℃, an average annual precipitation of 598 mm and a frost free period of 188 days.
