It borders Longtan Street on Zhongxing Street in the East, faces Hadawan street in Changyi district across the bank on the south, connects Xiangtan street in the West and Longhua Street on Zunyi East Road in the north. In 1956, Xin'an Street belonged to Tuchengzi street; in May 1979, it was set up by analyzing Tuchengzi street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Xin'an street was 64448.
