Xiaotun Town, belonging to Wensheng District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Wensheng District, bordering Gongchangling District in the East, Hongwei District in the South and West, and Hedong new town across Taizi River in the north, with an administrative area of 127.37 square kilometers.
