Wanfu town
Wanfu Town, the former seat of Wanfu District Office, is the political, economic and cultural center of Wanfu District, with an economic radiation capacity of more than 120000 people. It is adjacent to Qijiang Town, a famous historical and cultural town.

The town has 3 offices, 16 villages, 1 neighborhood committee and 215 Village (neighborhood) groups, with a total population of 18196 (2017).

Regional evolution
Wanfu township was established in 1950, changed to commune in 1958, and then changed to township in 1984. In 1996, Wenming Township and Mazu Township were merged to build Wanfu town. Located in the southeast of Zhongjiang County, 74 kilometers away from the county. Covering an area of 55.1 square kilometers, Wanjiang Wanfu highway and Wanfu Puxing highway cross the border and connect with luogui highway.
