Yulin street is under the jurisdiction of Kangding City, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. As the administrative center of Kangding City, on September 21, 2016, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, it was approved to cancel Lucheng town and set up Lucheng Street office and Yulin Street office.

Yang Dewei, member of the Standing Committee of Kangding municipal Party committee, made a report on the adjustment of administrative divisions in our city, and the participants had a serious discussion and study. It is reported that on September 21, 2016, with the approval of the provincial people's government, Lucheng town was abolished, Lucheng sub district office and Yulin sub district office were established, Shelian Township and Qianxi Township were abolished, and Yutong township was established. Deng Lijun required that we should attach great importance to the work of zoning adjustment, smoothly and orderly promote the relevant work, reasonably arrange, equip and exchange personnel, not affect the progress of major work, reasonably solve the establishment and institutional setting, so as to facilitate the next step of work, conscientiously clean up assets, do a good job in file management, etc., so as to facilitate the masses to handle affairs. Recently, the people's Government of Sichuan Province approved the abolition of Lucheng town and the establishment of Lucheng sub district office and Yulin sub district office in Kangding city; the abolition of Shelian Township and Qianxi Township and the establishment of Yutong township. At present, the follow-up work of zoning adjustment is being actively carried out, and it is expected that the newly established Township and street offices will complete the awarding of seals and licenses before January 10, 2017.
