Wangjia Town, also known as Haiwang Jiudao, is located in the north of the Yellow Sea, at the northeast end of Changshan Archipelago, at the east end of lichangshan Road, 12 nautical miles from Zhuanghe River in the north and 60 nautical miles from Yalu River Estuary in the East.

Haiwang Jiudao is a national Island Forest Park, a provincial scenic spot, a municipal marine landscape nature reserve and a national agricultural tourism demonstration site of Wangjia Town, Zhuanghe City, Dalian.
