Guihuaping Street

Guihuaping street is located in the core of Hunan provincial government and district government, which is under the jurisdiction of Tianxin District of Changsha City. It is named after Guihuaping, where the office is located.

Guihuaping Street covers an area of 6.2 square kilometers and has a population of 12926 (2010). There are five communities and one collective asset management office in Xinyuan, Guizhuang, jiufengyuan, yinguiyuan and Jingui.

More than 10 roads crisscross Furong South Road, liujiachong Road, Xinyao Road, Yichun Road, queyuan Road, shanmuchong Road, Shidai Yangguang Avenue, Guangchang West Road, Yubang road and Shuxiang road. With an annual revenue of over 100 million yuan and a total retail sales of social consumer goods of over 5 billion yuan, the street is the first-class urban street in the province.

Evolution of organizational system

Guihuaping street is the predecessor of Changsha horticultural demonstration breeding farm. In December 1968, Changsha horticultural farm was put under the jurisdiction of suburbs. In 1970, Hunan Institute of advanced veterinary medicine was transferred to the suburbs and merged with the City Horticulture farm to become the City Horticulture demonstration breeding farm. in 1996, it was divided into Tianxin District from suburb. In October 2001, the market was removed and the street was set up. In 2003, the Shibei District was removed and the collective assets management office and three community management offices, Xinyuan, Guizhuang and yinguiyuan, were established. in 2014, Jingui community and yinguiyuan community were established.

There are five communities in the street: Xinyuan community, Guizhuang community, jiufengyuan community, yinguiyuan community and Jingui community.

Jiufengyuan community

Located in the core of the provincial government new area, it is adjacent to Furong South Road in the East, Xinyao South Road in the west, Jiufeng village in heishipu street in the South and Yubang road in the north. The service scope includes the key service units such as the family community of the provincial government, the Office of the special commissioner of the State Audit Office in Changsha, the Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce and so on. It covers an area of about 1.81 square kilometers and currently has 10598 residents. The area under its jurisdiction includes the office of the director general of the State Audit Office, the Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce, Xiangfu Yingcai primary school, Tianxin Branch of land and resources, Guihuaping street, Guihuaping police station, etc.

Xinyuan community

It is located in the east of Furong South Road, south of Shidai Sunshine Avenue, east to Dongjing Street Heping Village, South to Xianfeng street of Shaoshan Road, with an area of 1.65 square kilometers and a total population of more than 11000. There are six villager groups (262 households and 968 people) in the District, including insurance vocational college, provincial labor union cadre school, Guihuaping primary school, Wujiang construction company and other units; there are Jingui (farmer resettlement community), xingrucheng, Tianhe homeland, bishuichun City, Hawaii, changchengshui county and other communities. The community was officially established in November 2004, which is the earliest community in Guihuaping street.

Guizhuang community

Located in the east of Furong South Road, south of Xiangfu Road, north of Shidai Yangguang Avenue, east to Gaosheng village, Dongjing Town, with a total area of 1. It covers an area of 57 square kilometers, with four villager groups, 1831 regular households, 4816 people and more than 4200 floating population. At present, there are eight property communities in Baisha Shijijiayuan, eurocity, life art city, fujingyuan and Xingcheng Rongyu, which are typical new communities in the new urban area.

Yinguiyuan community

Located in the Provincial Department of culture and Guihuaping office directly opposite.

Jingui community

Jingui community, established in October 2014, is a typical "village to residence" community. It is mainly used for farmers' production and living, and mainly serves landless farmers and migrant workers. There are 144 party members in the community, including 137 peasant party members who have raised funds to run party branches and 7 Party members who are directly in charge of community branches. The community extends to Shachang road in the north, queyuan road in the south, Furong Road in the West and Wanfu road in the East. There are 105 Road, 705 Road, 20 road and other bus lines directly to the city center, adjacent to the ring expressway directly to Chang Zhu Tan, extending in all directions, convenient transportation. It covers an area of 1.1 square kilometers, with 3525 permanent residents and 9582 floating population. It is a new citizen and new cultural community integrating commerce, business and humanities. There are 129 buildings in Jingui community. There are one primary school and two kindergartens in the area, which is convenient for students to go to school nearby.
