Jiulong township is under the jurisdiction of Yugan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. It is located in the southwest of Yugan County, about 25 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to Fenggang Township in the north, shegeng Township and Dongxiang County in the south, Daxi Township in the East and Jinxian County in the West. It covers an area of 99 square kilometers, with 32100 mu of agricultural tax fields, 49000 mu of barren hills and slopes, more than 13000 mu of lakes and ponds, and a population of 27000.
