Guchang Street
Guchang street is the first street under the jurisdiction of Jinsha County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. In June 2013, the people's Government of Guizhou Province approved to abolish the construction system of Chengguan town in Jinsha County and set up Guchang street.
Historical evolution
In Qin, Han and Jin Dynasties, Li county was established.
Yizhou was established in the Five Dynasties.
Dagu village was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. Yuankai Yongxing field.
During the reign of emperor Shunzhi of Qing Dynasty, a new drum playing field was built.
The Republic of China was divided into two and nine districts of Qianxi County, twelve districts of Zunyi County and nine districts of Dading county.
In 1941, Jinsha County was established and Xinchang Town was built.
After liberation, it belonged to the first, second and fifth districts of Jinsha County.
In 1956, the first district was renamed Chengguan District.
In 1959, Chengguan District and Hongqi commune merged into Chengguan Hongqi commune.
In 1960, the red flag commune was established in Chengguan town of Zhili county.
In 1963, Chengguan town was promoted to district level town.
In 1991, the district was removed and the town was built. Chengguan Town, Chengguan District, Yankong district and Pingba district were merged into Chengguan town.
In 2013, the people's Government of Guizhou Province issued the "Reply of the provincial people's Government on Approving the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Jinsha County" (QFH [2013] No. 140), which agreed to cancel the construction of Chengguan town and set up Guchang street in Jinsha County. The former Chengguan Town Guangming community, Rome community, Zijin community, Chang'an community, Xincheng community, Gongnong community, Taiji village, Dading village, Liming Village, Yuping village, Hongyan village, Xuhua village and other 12 villages (communities) are the administrative areas of Guchang street. The street office is located in Rome community.
