Xihe Township
Xihe township is located in the northernmost part of Meitan County, about 55 kilometers away from the county. It borders Fenggang county in the East, Suiyang County in the West and Zheng'an County in the north. It governs 9 administrative villages and 52 villager groups.

Xihe Township covers a total area of more than 149 square kilometers. Due to the large number of mountains, the cultivated land area is only 27800 mu, including 16500 mu of farmland, 11300 mu of soil, and only 1.04 mu of cultivated land per capita. There are many "thunder areas" and "Hail areas" in Xihe township. Thunder and hail disasters occur from time to time. The natural environment is poor, the climate is bad, and crop diseases and pests occur frequently.
