Papermaking street is located in the south of Dongfeng district government of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, starting from Changsheng Road in the west, Songjiang Township in the East, Guangfu Road in the north and outer ring road in the south.

The office was established on May 29, 1987. It covers an area of 4 square kilometers and has a total population of 27982 (in 2010). Under the jurisdiction of six communities, namely: Qunlou, Shuiyuan, Jian'an, Yubin, Tiechang, Nanxing community, 31 resident units.
