Xinxing farm was founded in 1951. It is located in the southeast of Liuzhou City, a commercial port in Central Guangxi. The 209 national highway runs through the whole area, and the Guilin Liuzhou, Nanliu and Yiliu expressways run through it. The Liuzhou air corridor - Bailian airport is located 15 kilometers away from Liuzhou city. It has superior geographical location and convenient land and air transportation.

Xinxing farm has more than 130000 mu of land, including 37000 mu of arable land. It has four agricultural farms with a population of 11157 (2010). the farm has always attached great importance to scientific and technological production, and now has 276 scientific and technological personnel. It has made outstanding achievements in the implementation of the "ton sugar field" project and "bumper harvest plan" project issued by the Regional Bureau. In 1994, it was awarded the first prize of "Guangxi highly awarded research and development and promotion of scientific and technological achievements meritorious personnel" by the Party committee and people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; in 1996, the sugar processing technology transformation project was confirmed as a demonstration project of agricultural industrialization by the Ministry of Agriculture, and it also undertook the project of "tackling key problems of high quality, high yield, high efficiency and low consumption comprehensive technology of sugar industry" by Guangxi science and Technology Commission, and passed the acceptance. the farm is mainly planted with sugarcane, with a planting area of 33000 mu, coverage rate of improved varieties of 100%, and an annual output of raw sugarcane of 260000 tons. The new flower demonstration base under construction in Guangxi State Farms is planned to cover an area of 1000 mu, with a total investment of 50 million yuan. After completion, it will integrate demonstration, sightseeing and tourism. The beef cattle demonstration base with initial scale will be implemented by stages, with a planned investment of more than 16 million yuan, and strive to achieve 10000 beef cattle by the end of 2006.
