Fenghuang Town, belonging to juancheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of juancheng county. It is adjacent to Hongchuan town in the East, Yinma Township in the southeast, Zhengying town in the south, ChenWang street in the west, Danian Township in the north and Jishan town in the northeast. The area is 41.31 square kilometers. In 2018, 38439 people registered residence.

In January 1979, Fenghuang commune was established. In December 1983, Fenghuang township was built when the society was withdrawn. In May 2010, Fenghuang town was established. In June 2020, Fenghuang town governs 20 administrative villages.
