Dashi town

Dasi Town, whose foreign name is dasitown, is also known as Dasi. It is one of the eight major groups in the periphery of Tianjin. It is located in the south of the city, 8 kilometers away from the municipal government and 35 kilometers away from the district government. It is the location of Tianjin Economic and technological Development Zone Microelectronics Industrial Zone and Tianjin Xiqing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is adjacent to Shuanggang town in Jinnan District in the East, wangwenzhuang town in the south, Jingwu town in the west, outer ring road in the north and liqizhuang street in the north. With a total area of 86 square kilometers, 47394 mu of arable land, 8800 households and 31498 permanent residents, the town governs 15 administrative villages, such as Dasi village, lizhuangzi village and darenzhuang village, where the government is stationed. Here belongs to the temperate monsoon climate, has the famous scenic spot peak yam king temple.

It is 30 kilometers away from Tianjin port, 9 kilometers away from Tianjin Customs and 15 kilometers away from Tianjin International Airport. JINZI highway, Jingang highway and Ligang railway run through the north and south, while outer ring road, Lishuang road and Lubei road run through the East and West.

Economic overview

There are five primary schools, one middle school, one hospital, 40000 program-controlled telephone offices, 220kV hub power station, two 110kV substations with double power supply, and the capacity is 100000 kVA. Four water supply pipelines are introduced from the urban area to form double water source ring water supply. The whole area is located in wanglanzhuang geothermal field, with a buried depth of less than 1000m, high water head, large water volume and good water quality. Five wells have been completed in the area, the water temperature is 84-91 ℃, and the total salinity is 0.8-1.8mg/l. Xiqing Economic Development Zone and Tianjin Electronic Development Zone are located in Tianjin. There are 179 registered enterprises in the Development Zone, of which 86 are foreign-funded enterprises, attracting a total capital of 1.58 billion US dollars. 58 enterprises from 10 countries and regions have invested in the construction of factories in the Development Zone, of which 42 have been completed and put into operation. Takeda pharmaceutical, Toyo ink, Korea Sanhe motor and other enterprises have settled here. The development and construction of the electronic city is also in full swing, which has led to the economic development of the town and the construction of cluster towns.

In 2010, the gross domestic product was 4.707 billion yuan, the three-level fiscal revenue was 666 million yuan, the investment in fixed assets was 4.979 billion yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 16633 yuan.

Agriculture

The cultivated land area is 16000 mu, and the aquaculture area is 18000 mu. In 2010, the added value of agriculture was 70.63 million yuan. Organic vegetables and edible fungi form superior products, realizing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income. Tianjin kairun ecological circular agriculture industrial demonstration park has successfully planted more than 10 varieties of edible fungi, with an annual output of more than 5000 tons. The first phase of green agriculture demonstration park in Dasi town was completed with an area of 500 mu. In 2010, seven vegetable varieties were harvested and put on the market, with an annual output of 3 million kg. In order to promote product sales and improve the efficiency of attracting investment, the trademark registration of "Qingning Hou" brand, certification of green organic vegetable products and packaging design and production were completed, and the supply agreement was signed with "Renrenle" Commercial Co., Ltd., which realized the agricultural supermarket cooperation Pick up.

Industry

Tianjin Xiqing Economic and Technological Development Zone and Tianjin microelectronics development zone are located in Tianjin.

There are 356 collective, private and other industrial enterprises, 82 large-scale enterprises, 21 enterprises with over 100 million yuan, and 52 science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the town, forming an industrial pattern with medicine, fine chemical industry, steel restructuring, light industry, catering, metal manufacturing, welding materials, warehousing and other leading industries. The high tech Industrial Park in Dasi town covers an area of 3300 mu, with a planned construction area of 1 million square meters and an estimated total investment of 4 billion yuan. The auto parts industry base project covering an area of 1100 mu in the park has completed the work of attracting investment. The wangzhuangzi comprehensive service area project, with a total investment of 340 million yuan and a construction area of 120000 square meters, is currently constructing 36000 square meters of supermarkets, 20000 square meters of hotels and 60000 square meters of staff apartments. The supermarket will be ready for operation by the end of the year; the hotel is expected to be completed in April; and nine apartment buildings are planned to be completed by the end of September.

With the rapid development of building economy, tianwu building, the first "yiyuanlou" project, covers an area of 11 mu. In July 2010, Tianjin materials group Huaqing company, which is ready to enter, has realized the billing operation, and Haotong company, another 10 billion yuan enterprise, is also going through the migration registration procedures. Large scale service industry has achieved rapid development, and Huabao guard and Lide municipal can pay taxes of 10 million yuan; three service projects of Fuxiang restaurant, Mingzhu bath and greenhouse hotel in darenzhuang business district have also opened. The real estate industry of the whole town has developed rapidly. A number of new commercial housing projects, such as Yuanyang Wanhe city and shouchuang futner Bay, which started construction in 2010, have a clear concept and high-end positioning, which has greatly improved the overall level of commercial housing construction in Dasi area. Up to now, there are 46 tertiary industry scale enterprises in the town, including warehousing and logistics, transportation, financial services, catering and accommodation, business circulation, and more than 5000 self-employed households.

In January 2021, it was selected into the list of national health towns (counties) to be reconfirmed in 2020.
